Hi All,
I'm going to make avocado, carrot & cucumber sushi. This is my first time making sushi since going GF.
Does anyone have a favorite brand of packaged nori (seaweed wrapper)? I'm guessing all should be fairly safe since it's just dried/roasted seaweed, but has anyone had gluten issues with it?
I know rice wine vinegar (used to make the sticky rice) is fine and I'm going to use Bragg's Aminos instead of soy sauce. So this should be easy......
