In a recent summary about blue cheese/blue cheese dressing, these two comments
were passed along:

As far as I know, there is no GF blue cheese.

Blue Cheese isn't gluten free.  They use mold on bread to introduce the
culture.

I just wanted to point out that both are wrong. There are any number of blue
cheeses started on an artificial medium now. Call companies and ask.
