thank you all who responded!
wow all but one of you have chemical sensitivies!  wellover  50 people emailed me
 I  do  realize most will not email if you dont suffer from it!!!  many many of you are so severely chemically challenged as i am i sit in a special clean room on sundays , tues and thurs religious meetings to be away from the perfumes etc...
three of you suggested looking into leaky gut syndrome ( which i will once i get thru my gluten free living for dummies)
1/3 rd of you say that G F has helped the   MCS   (Multiple chemical sensitivies)
thanks for all your replies i will be emailing a few of you later, i havnt been feeling the  best for a few days i fell on ice and injured my neck have been dealing with migraine ever sense i really appreciate this group i am learning what to eat so that my diet will not be so bland! you all are awesome and a wealth of info  Ü
