Hello,
Our family will be travelling to France and Germany in March. We are flying
into Frankfurt and then driving south into the Black Forest and across
central France, through Paris, to the coastal area. I speak a tiny bit of French
and even less German. We are not looking for fine dining as a rule. I've
read the past summaries and gotten a few ideas. One question that I didn't see
an answer for was regarding the buckwheat crepes (galettes) and whether
there was contamination between the buckwheat and wheat.
I also know that I've read comments about gf croissants that might be
available.
If necessary we can certainly get by on a staple of jambon and fromage (ham
& cheese) but we are looking forward to trying some other things.
I will summarize your recommendations.
Thank you,
Teresa in AZ
