Hi all,

 

We'll be traveling in Thailand (mainly Krabi and Bangkok) for a few weeks,
and I want to know if anyone has any suggestions/experiences/tips on
avoiding gluten. I've checked the archives, but there seems to be only
people asking similar questions, not any summaries or answers.

 

I've already got the Triumph Thai dining cards (had good luck with the
Japanese ones while I was in Japan), and I'm excited about going somewhere
where the cuisine isn't so wheat-based. But tips and stories from people
who've been there are always helpful.
