Can anyone recommend any good restaurants, particularly child-friendly, for eating Gluten Free in Israel?  In particular, we are looking at Jerusalem, around Sea of Galilee, Tel Aviv, and Eilat as well as Petra (in Jordan).  (If you happen to have contact information for the restaurants, and examples of foods you were able to eat, even better).   Thank you in advance.  We'll post any responses.  Kim.
