Hi Celiacs!

I am almost finished reading Get The Iron Edge by Dr. Ron
Hoggan <http://www.ironedge.info/>http://www.ironedge.info/

So far, I would highly recommend this friendly little book for
anybody who is anemic or has iron issues.

The symptoms of iron deficiency listed in the book describe one of my
daughters and I know this book is going to help her to understand
what is going on in her life.

According to this easy to read tome, there are many foods as well as
gluten that can cause low iron such as milk, rice, soy, legumes,
non-gluten grains such as corn, cocoa, nuts and seeds. Some foods can
cause high iron as well.
I thought that was very interesting since my daughter's favourite
foods consist of dairy and rice, chocolate and corn chips.

The book contains everything that you ever wanted to learn about iron
and more..

Dr. Hoggan puts the 'ron' in iron and makes the subject rock!

Happy reading!
Susan
