Thanks to all who responded to my request for Taco Seasoning Recipes and/or
Mixes. In this email I have the recommended mixes listed. Please email me if
you'd like the recipes sent to you as that document is quite long.

Packaged Mixes
Bearitos makes a seasoning that is good and spicy!
McCormick's has a GF taco seasoning mix. We buy ours at Costco.
We use Old El Paso (General Mills) taco seasoning, taco shells
("Stand-n-Stuff" being my current fave!), enchilada sauces and refried beans.
I use Ortega. You can get it in a bulk container at Wal-Mart for just over
$4.00.
Kroger brand of taco seasoning mix
Simply Organic taco packet mix is all natural, no MSG and fantastic! Whole
Foods carries it here, as well as some health food stores and Safeway (It is
not in the packaged dried mixes" section but in the ethnic foods aisle for some
reason). I even use their dip mixes now since I can't do MSG since going off
gluten. However, if you don't mind chemicals, preservatives or MSG, Old El
Paso taco seasoning was gluten free at one time so it probably still is. I
used it until I figured out the whole MSG thing.
Cali Fine Foods. We have 5 seasoning blends; one is Spicy Fiesta. It is an
absolutely amazing seasoning for tacos, burritos, taco salad, chicken
marinade, roasted potatoes, and many, many more dishes. It can be purchased online
at www.califinefoods.com or at many health food stores across the nation.
Please take a look at our recipes on the webpage. There is a very easy recipe
for tacos on the back of the package.

All Cali seasonings are all natural, (no preservatives or MSG), free of
gluten, lactose, yeast, and all fats (including trans-fats).
DippyChicks.com that has certified GF mixes
Pensey Spices taco seasoning
Gluten-Free Pantry Gourmet Spices Taco Seasoning
Williams brand Chili seasoning
