The email about Lily claiming that their product is gf does NOT mean that it is gluten free!!  Remember that the FDA allows a product to contain 200parts per million and still be called gf.  We can and do react to one molecule of gluten.

The question to ask drug companies etc is NOT "is this gluten free" but rather "how much gluten does it contain" ...be aware of "gluten free"
