Recommending something I just found this week.
Streit's Zahav, Quinoa with Mushrooms and Herbs. Comes in a small 7.7 ounce plastic bottle, but cooks up to 3 servings. Cook like rice. Directions on bottle....but you need a magnifying glass or very good lighting! The warning says in may contain traces of sesame, nuts and peanuts, but otherwise it looks gf. I did not call Streit's to confirm.
Here is there contact information, for anyone who wants more information.

If you like mushrooms, this is pretty good. I think I'd doctor it in the future. On it's own, it's a little bland for me, but I'm thinking I'll add my own sauteed onions, chopped garlic, more salt and pepper, and maybe whatever herbs I have growing.
I found it at the Shop-Rite in Cherry Hill, NJ (in their kosher market section,) so I'm assuming that wherever there is an ethnic kosher section of a supermarket, you can ask the manager to order it. Or contact Streit's.
I keep hearing about quinoa being a real healthy source of protein. It keeps appearing on tv. Suddenly, it's hot. So I'm glad I found a product that cooks up so easily, and with alittle help, can be very tasty.
