Last August I posted to the group asking for places in Vancouver to eat.
Among the places to eat many people suggested Panne Rizo Bakery Cafe. I took a
taxi from my hotel to the Cafe and I must say that what I purchased was
excellent. Unfortunately I was there for a short time and could not try everything
on the menu. I also purchased their pizza mix to take home. I have been
looking for a good pizza crust for 19 years. I found it in Canada, it is the
closest to real pizza I have had, easy to make and quite delicious. It makes
two nice size, or three smaller pizzas. I have frozen the extra pizzas and they
are still the best I have had.
I also tried the cookies and they tasted like the real cookies from my past.
You can mail order which I have done or visit when in Vancouver.
It is well worth the trip.
I have no financial interest in this cafe except to keep buying the pizza
crusts and cookies.
