Hello List!
My husband and I will travel to Vietnam in the next few months to adopt our son. I'm very nervous about the food issues, as we'll be there for at least three weeks in various parts of the country, both in major cities and very rural provinces. I've ordered a Gluten Free Dining Card in Vietnamese, but I'm still worried. It's enough to worry about safe eating for a healthy person, but coupling that with gluten free is a bit overwhelming. Has anybody had any experience with traveling and eating GF in Vietnam? I'd appreciate any advice!
