A friend send me this news item about a new dough-less pizza
where the crust is made from cheese. I thought it would interest
those of us who miss pizza but for whatever reason can't use
the rice/tapioca based pizzas.
At home, I just put a little spaghetti sauce in a pie plate, a layer of
munster
slices, pepperoni and mushrooms, and then put a layer of mozzarella slices
over it and bake it until it is bubbling and brown but this would be nice
when
you want to eat out or are traveling.
