My celiac son and husband will be traveling to Galesburg and Bushnell 
Illinois next week. Would someone please share with me any health food 
stores where they might be able to pick up some GF snacks for their week 
long stay.  So much easier than packing and airline travel with foods.
Also, any restaurant recommendations would be helpful.
