What are your thoughts about using products from Hodgson Mills that are considered gluten free (per their website)? I spoke with a rep from their company who said that as of now, the gluten free cornstarch, while made on a separate, dedicated line, is still made in a factory that also processes non-gluten products. I realize that if I polled ten of us, five would probably say not to use it and five would probably say that it would be fine to use it. I'm just curious to know your thoughts.
