At the Clinical Forum portion of the International Celiac Symposium last fall
were, we told to update any celiac information that was less than 2 years
old.
Practical Gastroenterolgy magazine began a series on the Celiac Diet last
September. CDF had most of the articles and the links posted on their website
under 10 Ways To Raise Awareness (top left in sidebar at www.celiac.org , May
2007, and I was able tracked down the links for the remainder of the series as
U/Virginia posted them.
The articles are a GREAT resource for all celiacs and to pass long (on paper
or CD) to dietitian and doctors who could use an update! All have great
information regardless of whether or not it pertains specifically to your
lifestyle, like the vitamin information in the section for Vegetarians.
You should be able to copy these into a .doc file and click to insert
hyperlinks if they don't transfer in this email. If the link splits in formating, it
will most likely be at the hypen at...digestive-health...
Enjoy!
