Refractory Celiac Disease Responds to Stem Cell Transplant
"NEW YORK (Reuters Health) Mar 19 - High-dose chemotherapy followed by
autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation appears to be effective
in patients with refractory celiac disease with aberrant T cells,
according to the findings of a small, pilot trial reported in the March
1st issue of Blood."
