Subject: Pinapple Cake
I just made this,,,and tasted a bit of it,,,,,,OH MY GOODNESS! It is wonderful!! So incredibly moist! So sweet you really don't need the frosting!!!! enjoy, Diane, Iowa
Pineapple Cake
2 c GF Flour (I used Gift of Nature All purpose)
2c Sugar
2 eggs
2t Soda, (I put in 3t just in 'case' for it to raise)
20oz Can Crushed Pineapple juice and all.
Stir in bowl. Put in 9x13 pan. Cook 40 min until done to the touch. Let cool
(one could just sprinkle the top of the cake with powdered sugar it is really sweet)
Frosting
8oz cream cheese
1/2c butter
1t vanilla
1T milk 2c Powdered Sugar
Mix and frost the cake.
