For those in the Portland OR area, New Season's Market is offering a GF Thanksgiving menu where you just tell them the number of people and they give you the turkey, etc, all prepared and ready for the big day. My husband and I are trying it out.
Worth noting, the meal is NOT prepared in a dedicated GF kitchen, so cross contamination possibilities exist.

Diestel organic boneless turkey breast or stuffed acorn squash, quinoa mushroom or wild rice stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, turkey or vegetarian gravy (flourless), cranberry sauce, choice of vegetable, gluten-free cornbread and apple cranberry crisp.
