Hey everybody. I'm back with another question for my 5 year old. She has a creative preschool teacher who likes to do projects with the kids and thankfully asks us ahead of time so we can work out GF options...

The teacher is planning to make pretzels with the kids in February, so we have some time to experiment to see what works - but I was wondering if anyone had made pretzels before. She's planning the big pretzels - like the kind you'd buy at a sports game and dip in nacho cheese sauce. I've found a few recipes which call for putting the mixture in a bag and squeezing it into a pretzel shape, but I think she was planning to do more of a roll it out and loop it around kind of process. Anybody have any good ideas or success stories?

Thanks again!
Nate Amundson
