My husband is going to make a lemon cake for my 60th birthday party  
next Saturday. Please share your recommendations for that as well as  
lemon filling/frosting.

It would  be best to have no bean, sorghum, soy or corn flour. We can  
use eggs if necessary, but egg replacer would be the best. I prefer a  
light, rather than dense cake.
