I am looking for a sprouted grains GF recipe.  Ideally a version of  
dehydrated Essene bread but any sprouted grain bread recipe will do.

I have just spent nearly 2 hours on the net and am just not finding  
one.  I have found a bunch of Essene and Ezekiel bread recipes but  
they all call for whole wheat berries, spelt and barley.  I am not a  
good enough cook to be able to work out how to substitute those items.

Ideally the bread needs to be free of gums, dairy and eggs.  I don't  
mind a flat bread.
