Hallie has been at it again with a fun recipe - muffins with a molten
caramel filling. This is an easy recipe but you have to be willing to fuss
with a few steps. But the result is pretty dramatic. Take a look at:

*. Hallie adapted the recipe from the August King Arthur Flour Bakers
Catalogue. The adaptation was simple: Hallie used GF flour, increased the
leavening by 50%, increased the liquid slightly, and added Xanthan and Guar
gums. She's still tuning the recipe, but Vic thought it was just fine as it
was.
