Last year someone posted about the GF Oat Matzah and included info  
about the testing that was done to check the GF status.

Would that person please contact me?  I'd like to know where to find  
this matzah this year and how to find out about the testing. I am a  
very sensitive celiac and need a lot of assurances that this matzah  
will be safe for me and my family.
