Hi everyone!
Indiana comes to GFRAP! :-) I am excited to
announce our newest participating restaurant,
not only because of it's great GF food, but
because it now expands the growing GFRAP
network of restaurants into the Midwest.
Thanks to the work of the Gluten-Free Indy
Celiac Support Group.
(If your group is interested I'll send you a note
with more details on how the program works.)
The Gluten-Free Restaurant Awareness
Program(TM) and the Westchester Celiac Sprue
Support Group are pleased to welcome the
Cream and Spice Cafe, the first participating
GFRAP restaurant in Indiana. Please welcome:
Cream and Spice Cafe
33 East Pine St
Zionsville, Indiana 46077
Phone: 317-733-3377
Owners: Virginie Lazar & Bahman Sina
Sponsoring Support Group:
Gluten-Free Indy Celiac Support Group.
Comments: Cream & Spice Cafe has an
extensive GF menu. You will be surprised
by all of the great selections. It is a family
owned restaurant with Mediterranean style
cooking and wholesome quality food.
As the chef, Virginie Lazar is dedicated to
the idea of cooking with all-natural ingredients.
Thus, there are very few processed foods in
her restaurant. Virginie has a wheat allergy
and is very aware of the need to avoid
cross-contamination. Cream and Spice Cafe
is in the village section of Zionsville, just off
Main St.
Find details, addresses, phone numbers, and
directions to these, and other participating
restaurants, on the Gluten-Free Restaurant
Awareness Program
web site:www.glutenfreerestaurants.org
I encourage everyone to dine at these
restaurants offering GF service. They have
gone to much effort to ensure that you have
a safe and pleasurable dining experience.
To make it worth their while to continue
providing this service they need to have
GF customers. Have fun & enjoy life!

Chairperson
Note: Although each restaurant makes every
effort to accommodate each persons specific
dietary needs, it is still each diner's
responsibility to take personal accountability
for their own meal.
