Hi Celiacphiles,
Depending on the list or source blue cheeses are gluten free or 'to 
be avoided'. The Celiac Association of Canada lists in their gluten 
free dictionary that bleu and stilton are gluten free. The University 
of Virginia Health System lists list blue cheese and gorgonzola as 
gf. Other sources list all blue veined cheeses as containing gluten. 
I wonder what the truth is?
