I tried to get online with the archives, but there is
still a problem there. I am researching a supplement
called L-Carnitine, something a dietitian recommended
on the noon news today to assist in losing weight.
Carnitine helps the body convert fatty acids into
energy, which is used primarily for muscular
activities throughout the body. Since many of us still
suffer from side effects associated with
malabsorption, might this be a good idea to add to our
diet? Have any of you been on this or have
information to share?
