I have received a letter from Kate Monley in response to a GF Query
made to Boar's Head in Sarasota Florida.

An enclosed notice dated March 25, 2005 on Gluten Intolerance -
Celiac Sprue states that the following Boar's Head products should be
avoided.

Boar's Head Dutch Loaf
Boar's Head Pickle & Pepper Loaf
Boar's Head Hickery Smoked Pasteurized Process Guyere Cheese
Boar's Head La Rosa D'Oro Stuffed Cherry Peppers.

They further stated that all other Boar's Head meats, cheeses and
condiments are gluten free.
