Dear Gluten-Free Bakers,
Happy New Year!

I hope you enjoyed a wonderful (gluten-free) holiday season. My holiday was,
in a word, hectic! I am really looking forward to the slow pace of January.

To celebrate the New Year, I am pleased to offer a whole new batch of
wonderful recipes. In this month's issue of my newsletter, you'll find
recipes for the following fabulous foods:

*Chocolate Waffles. Breakfast or dessert? I'll leave that up to you!

*Dried Cherry Muffins. I love dried cherries. I love muffins. Why didn't I
think of this sooner?!

*Alsatian Onion Tart. Pure French comfort food. This is my winter
gluten-free ode to French cooking. Winter eating doesn't get much better!

*Tuna Noodle Casserole. I've received a ton of requests for a gluten-free
tuna noodle casserole recipe. Here it is. And...it tastes just like
Campbell's classic!

*Bar-Style Wings. For the Big Game, you'll need some great wings. This is
the recipe to try!

*Winter Apple Cake. Sometimes you need a little slice of cake. Winter apple
cake is ideal for days when you want a piece of cake that you don't need to
ice. This cake is perfect; right from the pan.

*Strawberry Cake. Another reader-requested recipe. If you loved strawberry
cake (from a box mix), this recipe is for you!

*Comfort Lasagna. Really, what do you need me to tell you about lasagna.
Other than our recipe is gluten-free?

*Elizabeth's Ultimate Hot Chocolate. Think of a mug of warm chocolate
pudding. Yes, this hot chocolate is that good...and that rich!
