Thank you to everyone for their support of the national best seller
"Gluten-Free Diet: A Comprehensive Resource Guide" over the past 4
years. The January 2005 edition has been sold out since the fall. I did
not reprint because I have been working very hard on a expanded new
edition and had hoped to have it completed by Christmas. However, due
to the huge volume of new information, gluten-free products and
companies, it is taking longer than anticipated. As always, I want to
make sure my book is packed to the brim with the latest information and
is very accurate so I appreciate everyone's patience. Check out
www.glutenfreediet.ca mid February for the publication date. My editor
is projecting end of February.

I am very excited to share that the book is completely revised and will
also feature:

* latest breaking news on oats and the pure oat products in North
America
* new section on gluten-free labeling standards and regulations around
the world
* update on ingredient status
* new recipes with nutritional analysis
* tips for eating out
* hundreds of new products and companies
* new resources and more!

Happy New Year and have a healthy gluten-free life!
Shelley
