Hi,
I have had many responses, and people are confused.

Many dont know that it is the gliadin of gluten only that is harmful for
us, with celiac.
Rice and corn have gluten, but not gliadin, so it is o.k. for us.

The best way to enquire about the gluten status is to ask if to specify if
there's gliadin gluten from wheat, barley and rye.
