For a concise discussion of mental changes in celiac disease, I suggest
the monograph, "Celiac Disease," by W.T. Cooke and G.K.T. Holmes,
Churchill Livingstone,1984, p.204-206 which should be available in most
medical school libraries. It appears to me that the British medical
literature discusses this more than the American medical literature.
