1. The Silly Yak Bakery just posted their Jan & Feb, 2006, Bake Schedule.
Even though the bakery resides in Madison, WI, the owner Holly Beach, ships
GLUTEN-FREE Breads & Bread Products all over the US. Check the Sched yourself:

Members of MAGIC (Madison Area Gluten Intolerance Chapter), enjoy her
products, esp. her Gluten-Free Pizza, Garlic Cheddar Bread, Turtle Muffins, etc.
Yummy!

II. This part "may" pertain more to the MAGIC folks, but at the beginning of
January, Ms. Beach will begin to double the size of the bakery; wants to have
fresh-baked Gluten Free products available every day to ship & for on-site
sale. However she's also wondering what else a person would like to order & have
shipped - what else a local consumer would like to find on the new shelves.
Here's some thought provokers, let me know what you think. I'll consolidate a
list & give it to her:
       a. Prepackaged mixes for pancakes, cookies, etc.?
       b. Gift Bags?
       c. Ice Cream Cakes for Birthdays or other parties?
       d. b. Bard's (GF) Beer said they'd work with her to distribute in
Madison
       e. New Grist (a GF beer from Lake Front brewery in Milwaukee), is
signing up
       f. YOUR TURN - WHAT ELSE?

Thanks all,

Mike Marshall
