PF Changs (one is on Glades Road in Boca Raton just east of I-95), Bonefish
Grill, Carraba's and Olive Garden have GF menus.   Seasons 52 will accomodate

Bamboo Club in the Wellington Mall does a good job.  You just have to
let the chef know your needs.  I believe that they have a GF menu, but you
have to ask for it.
