HI all
Just wanted to pass along the great dinner my celiac daughter had in NYC this week at Sambuca www.sambucanyc.com , 20 West 72 nd Street.(close to the Museum of Natural History)
They have a separate Gluten free/wheat free menu and the food is served family style. The GF menu has many pasta, chicken , meat and seafood options, they also had a kid's menu option of rice pasta shells with marinara sauce. She was thrilled to have her pasta, a mozzarella salad, a GF roll and a cheesecake brownie for dessert. Our waiter took very special care of her and assured us that the GF foods were prepared separately.
The also cater to large groups and families and their packages can include GF options.
I have no financial interest in this restaurant, I just wanted to pass along our experience in case anyone was making a trip to NYC over the holidays.
Pat, CT
