Two more people respondd after my summary that I
thought should be put out there...

-- Just another note. I never saw the original.
I've had both TGIF and Applebee hostesses tell me that
I shouldn't eat there....not that they know anything.
But when you're greeted at the door 
and you explain why you're looking over the menu first
and the kid says....don't stay, I figure that's good
enough reason to leave.  Pity.

-- I got very sick for two days after eating a simple
dish the management and waitress swore had no
problems. I won't eat at TGI's.
