I make my own teriyaki sauce using wheat free soy sauce form Westbrae. There is no a gf hoisin sauce on the market I bought at the Vitamin Cottage in Colorado. I'll find out who makes it. I bought it a used it all up.

use either San J or La Choy - or any gluten free soy sauces....add ginger, garlic a little white wine - a little sugar - a little water - voila teriyaki sauce

Chicken Terryaki
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 T ground ginger
1/3 cup LaChoy soy sauce
2 T sugar
3 T cooking sherry
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Mix other ingredients.
Marinate ½ hour to 1 day.
Broil and enjoy with rice.
Teriyaki sauce recipe
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup gf soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar (brown, coconut palm, or plain white)
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
2 cups beef broth (or water)
just blend all together

I make my own teriyaki Sauce using equal parts of Tamari Sauce, Wine (I use rice wine) and water. I add Sugar and some ginger and garlic. Another resource is http://www.andreprost.com/ This site has both really good GF rice noodles by Notta Pasta and Taste of Thai. The Taste of Thai has a list of GR Products. They have a great variety of GF products
Edward and Sons has a Premier Japan Teriyaki Sauce. http:www.edwardandsons.com I don't feel that it tastes exactly like the old teriyaki sauce with gluten but it's pretty good(but a bit spicy). I also go to Mr. Spice http://www.mrspice.com This company also puts out gluten free Asian sauces
