My daughter is a Nutrition major in College and would like to write a research paper on Celiac Disease. She is specifically interested in researching alternative treatments for Celiac Disease and is having trouble finding information. She is already familiar with general info and has grown up with a little brother who has Celiac. If anyone knows of websites or journals that include findings on alternative treatments, she would be very grateful.
Thanks in advance, Polly in Maryland
