I will be staying in Montreal for 5 days in a few weeks. If anyone
has spent time there and knows restaurants and/or food stores where I
can get gluten-free food, please let me know the details. I'm
planning on bringing nuts, Lara Bars, and a frozen loaf of GF bread
with me, just in case I can't find anything.
Also, has anyone eaten at McDonald's in Canada? I checked their
website and they have a special menu item called SaladsPlus. Two
salads come topped with either a beef patty or a grilled chicken
breast (not breaded). I checked the ingredients on their website and
these two items appear to be gluten-free. Has anyone tried them?
Thanks,
Rob in Boston
