Follow up on Smart Balance actually saying gluten-free on the label:

My point was that we should support companies that actually go to the trouble of accommodating us. 

But we still have to read labels. I think until the companies have a federal standard to go by, there is still room for mistakes. Plus I found imported food isn't always correctly labeled.

It's great to see gluten-free on the labels of "normal" foods! And it's due to the efforts of some very hard-working celiacs who are great advocates for us.
