Please excuse me if this is a stupid question. I just don't want to make
a mistake!

We are going on a quick trip to Erieau, Ontario today and I was need to
know if the "rules" hold true for Canada. What I mean is that in the US
I can read a Kraft label and if gluten is present it will be listed. (No
hidden gluten.) Is it the same in Canada?
