Hi List...

I must be on a (gluten free) roll this week with my many posts to the various boards.... Anyway, I was wondering anyone has had luck making the kind of (GF) bread that is a "bread bowl" and is used to serve chili, chowder, etc.? You know.. the gluten kind like you get down by the piers in San Francisco, etc. I'm trying to see if there is a way to make a GF bread bowl. I would appreciate some feedback from some experienced GF bakers too. You can email your replies to me at [log in to unmask] (I hope to have the summary for the GF bars and GF Frozen Foods ready by Friday. Thanks in advance to the dozens of you who have submitted your ideas).

Thanks,
Melonie
