Listmates:

I found the Jackson Whole Bar at my local Peoples Drug Store (N.
Lamar location in Austin). It is wonderful and full of nutrients.

 From the web site:
Jackson whole bars are free of gluten(wheat), dairy, egg , soy and
corn. The ingredients: The nuts, seeds, fruits and honey are all
minimally processed and you can see them in the bar. Organic pumpkin
and flax seeds are high in omega-3 oils. Unhulled sesame seeds
provide a substantial amount of fiber. Cranberries and currents were
chosen instead of raisins because of their comparatively higher
antioxidant value and lower sugar content. Only the cashew and
pumpkin seeds are chopped to decrease oxidation.
