I was asked by many people to post the challah recipes I received to the
list. I received three but want to try them all before I post. I am having
surgery and will not be able to walk for 6 weeks. Once I am up and about
again I will post my favorite recipe.

In the mean time one list member told me about a form pan that will allow
you to make a gf challah look like a regular braided bread.

It is the Kaiser Bakeware Laforme Braided Loaf Pan.
