Dear List,
This is the first time I have posted as I have found much information from the exchanges that already occur--particularly the questions about testing and the frustration I share with so many about the difficulty of managing the restriction of Celiac--and I have so many other allergies that most of the "GF" foods are not feasible for me because of the presence of milk, eggs, soy, etc.
I was wondering though, if anyone else had the same experience as I did. My mornings, when I have not eaten anything, tend to be the most calm and clearheaded.
It seems that as the day goes on and as I eat--which I must do fairly regularly to manage hypoglycemia--I get more and more fuzzy headed even though I am not ingesting gluten.
It's almost as if the digestion (or perhaps poor digestion) plays a role? Honestly, I have not gone near gluten containing foods on some days but still suffer anxiety which can sometimes be helped by eating vegetables. I was thinking that maybe over the evening--since I am not eating--my stomach settles and begins to heal only to be churned up again during the day or there is some other problem I am not aware of. Indeed, to battle this issue I often don't eat enough--which then leads to low blood sugar and fatigue.
I hope this message isn't to vague and that someone may offer some suggestions.
Kim
