The turkey summary quoted some folks who said to stay away from any turkeys
"injected with broth." Fortunately for us, this is not true. Not only do we
not have to stay away from all turkeys with broth (or flavorings), but
according to the USDA, all we have to do is read the ingredients. USDA rules
require that anything like wheat or barley be clearly listed in plain raw
meat.

I've been GF for four years and have yet to find a major brand raw turkey that
isn't GF. Just read the ingredients.
