I just noticed a lovely clear label on the package of Utz chips I bought
yesterday : "This is a gluten-free food".

(I'm in the DC area. Utz is Penn. company which distributes chips and
snack food in my area).

I have no financial interest in this company, but I always like to recognize
companies which go out of their way to label food clearly and include gf
info. My three kids love to see "gf" on a food label or resaurant menu - it
makes them feel less invisible and different.
