Thank you for the responses regarding BH Bread Baking Recipe Book.  Half
liked the book with a couple of favorite recipes:  oregon bread, Scones,
Hawaiian Bread; Featherlite bread; 4 flour bread and crumpets.  Others
said they had to make too many adjustments and no one got results like
the pictures on the front cover.  A Couple of people use mixes and have
had success with those.  I will try a couple of the recommended breads and
hopefully will have success.  Again, thank you for taking the time to
respond.  Don't know what I would do without this list.   Have a great day.
