Dear cooks,
Does anyone make a meatloaf with rice as a filler (instead of oatmeal or
crackers or breadcrumbs?). Do you cook the rice first?
I know, such a simple question. By the way, someone said the only "safe"
grains may be rice and corn, which is the way I've been regarding the whole
issue. But it occurred to me that I eat so MANY things made with these two
that now, I suppose, I'll become allergic to them!
