The April issue of Martha Stewart Living (yes, the one where's she's back on
the cover holding a chicken) features two great gf desserts. The first is a
gf/cf pecan torte, which my daughter made the other day - and was truly
out-of-this-world wonderful. The recipe suggests serving it with lemon curd
(recipe also included) and mixed berries, but we opted for a lighter version
- with lemon sorbet and berries instead. Then there's a recipe for a gf
chocolate mint torte, which looks so luscious, you could practically eat it
off the page. We'll be making that one next weekend.
